Gentle Growth Therapy is in-network with Aetna and Cigna insurances. If Aetna or Cigna are not your primary insurer, I encourage you to reach out to your provider to ask about your out-of-network benefits.

You might just be eligible for reimbursement of a percentage of your out-of-pocket therapy expenses or even the chance to put your invoices towards your deductible.

  • Visit your insurer’s website and review any out-of-network coverage. Some sites make this information more visible than others, so I recommend utilizing the search bar on the webpage.

  • Calling your insurer’s customer service can be a direct and assured way to verify your out-of-network benefits. You can find your insurer’s customer service phone number on the back on your insurance card. Be sure to have your insurance ID number handy!

  • If you confirm you have out-of-network benefits, Gentle Growth Therapy will provide once monthly “superbills,” documents with information insurance needs. When you receive your superbill, you then may forward it to your insurance for reimbursement or put your bills toward your deductible.
